6 Month Blissed Life Program (The Change up)
I believe a strong mind starts with taking care of our bodies and building confidence in ourselves to achieve anything we want. We cover nutrition and movement catered to lifestyle and mentality as a stepping stone to a healthier you. I’m here to fully support and guide you the whole way on your journey. I will host weekly support and monthly Zoom chats to track progress.
Our six month journey is long enough to build healthy, new lifestyle habits to keep you moving forward. We take baby steps to achieve the best version of yourself. I will teach you more about nutrition, how to read ingredient labels, etc. and an exercise routine that fits your lifestyle. We will work on the mind body connection along with more tools to help you change your lifestyle for a better, more confident you. Truly a lifestyle transformation if you’re ready and willing. Options with and without five months personal training 2x per week.
Online Programs
3 Month Blissed Life Program (The Awakening)
During this journey nutrition is our focus and work together to figure out a form of movement catered to what your mind and body need. This package includes monthly Zoom chats and unlimited email to support you on this journey.
Like the six month program, it’s an exciting transformation and eye opening experience. Options with and without 2x per week personal training for two months.
Monthly Maintenance (Post 3 or 6 month Program)
Sometimes three or six months isn’t long enough for a life changing experience. I offer monthly maintenance to hold you accountable and answer any questions you may have along the way. I will send nutrition logs monthly along with an exercise routine. We will Zoom chat once a month to check in or as needed.

Personal Training Packages
I have a space where I take personal training clients if they’re in the area. I create training programs that fit the lifestyle you have or want. There is also an option to include a wellness package in addition to the personal training membership.
